About the Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Processing Specialist to become part of the Lookers team. In this position, you will be tasked with managing warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring precise submissions on a daily basis while overseeing warranty documentation.
Key Duties
- Assess completed warranty repair documentation
- Prepare necessary claim forms and supporting documentation
- Analyze warranty reporting systems and suggest enhancements
- Process warranty payments and balance schedules
- Keep detailed records of warranty submissions
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will be exceptionally organized, capable of fostering relationships, self-driven, and possess prior experience in a similar role. Familiarity with relevant systems is advantageous.
