Position Overview:

As a Concert and Sports Event Coordinator, you will oversee the comprehensive management and organization of events, serving as the primary liaison between promoters, organizers, and touring staff. Your role will encompass the transformation of event details into actionable schedules for all internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Duty Event Manager during various events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Event Management team to enhance your skills and contribute to event activities.
  • Prioritize health, safety, and security, managing risks effectively within the venue.
  • Serve as the Event Safety Representative, making critical safety decisions for each event.
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service, fostering a positive atmosphere for all attendees.
  • Provide leadership and sound judgment under pressure, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of essential event services, including rigging, staging, and security.
  • Be prepared for flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.

Contract Details:

This is a permanent position with an annualized hours contract, averaging 40 hours per week.
