This role is an exciting opportunity for an Event Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our Event Support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of products and services to our NEC customers, processing orders, and resolving problems to maximize the commercial returns of our events services team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of products and services to customers
- Process orders and resolve customer queries
- Work closely with the events services team to maximize commercial returns
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment

- Ability to think on your feet and resolve problems
