We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our Conventions Catering Team at The NEC Group. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administration and systems support to our fast-paced and exciting Conventions food and beverage (F&B) business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate information and account manage small events and clients, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Own and maintain menu packs and price lists, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Support the team with our catering systems, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Coordinate F&B information to ensure that all event requirements are shared and met.
  • Review customer feedback and provide accurate financial information to the finance teams.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced and commercial office environment, with a strong understanding of business software and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage your own time and workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Commercial understanding and ability to review and summarize information.
  • Flexibility in approach to work and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
