Position Overview
As a key player in the management of events at our premier arenas, you will oversee all facets of event coordination and planning. Your role will serve as the primary liaison between promoters, organizers, and touring staff, ensuring that all event details are seamlessly integrated into comprehensive schedules for internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Duty Event Manager during various events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Event Management team to enhance your skills and actively engage in event-related tasks.
- Prioritize health, safety, and security, managing risks effectively throughout the event lifecycle.
- Fulfill the dual role of Event Safety Representative, making critical safety decisions on a show-by-show basis.
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach while fostering teamwork.
- Provide leadership under pressure, maintaining a positive atmosphere for all venue visitors.
- Possess a thorough understanding of essential show services, including rigging, staging, and security protocols.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and late nights, as required by the role.
Contract Details
This is a permanent position with an annualized hours contract, averaging 40 hours per week.
