About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst to join our team at Co-Operatives UK. As a Policy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of local co-operatives and social enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Policy Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of policy initiatives and their impact on local co-operative growth, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for collaboration.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local co-operatives, social enterprises, and community groups, ensuring their voices are heard in the policymaking process.
  3. Programme Development: Work with local policymakers to design and implement effective programmes that support co-operative growth, including business case development and project management.
  4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on best practices in co-operative development, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
