Job Description

Local Policy Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Local Policy Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Local Policy Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing policies that support local economic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct evidence-based policy analysis to inform local policy decisions and ensure that policies are aligned with local priorities and strategies.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including local government, community groups, and businesses, to ensure that their needs and concerns are taken into account in policy development.
  3. Design and implement local programs and interventions to support cooperative growth and development, including business case development and project management.
  4. Provide advice and guidance to local policymakers and practitioners on best practice approaches to developing interventions that support cooperative growth.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in policy analysis, research, and development, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of local economic development and cooperative growth.
