Role Overview
Our Senior Managers are motivated, collaborative, and determined, working closely with clients in the Life Sciences sector to creatively address their most pressing challenges. The focus is on innovation and a hands-on collaborative approach to transforming experiences and outcomes across the value chain, particularly within R&D and Clinical Development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive implementation projects of Clinical Solutions for clinical research, Biopharma, and MedTech organizations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including Clinical Operations and Clinical Data Management, to gather requirements and define project scopes for technology implementation and business process reengineering initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate the implementation of Clinical Solutions, identifying opportunities for process optimization and reengineering to enhance clinical operations, data collection, and analysis efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide insights on the evolution of the clinical development landscape and submissions over the short, medium, and long term.
- Mentor and manage team members, contributing to their professional development and growth.
- Engage in business development activities, including writing and delivering client pitches and innovative proposals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in leading clinical trial transformations within large pharmaceutical organizations.
- Strong understanding of the technology and data landscape within Clinical Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing technology implementation projects, particularly Clinical Solutions such as Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research processes, biostatistical environments, and regulatory guidelines governing clinical trials.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Passion for exploring the value derived from AI and Generative AI applications.
