Clinical Account Manager

About the Role:

The Clinical Account Manager will work in partnership with the Commercial team to drive clinical outcomes. This will be done by providing clinical support through the buying process, both pre and post sales to drive the company strategy to create value for customers by changing approach from selling products to helping our customer to generate better clinical outcomes, drive operational efficiencies or help to manage costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluations and assessments to identify business opportunities
  • Providing customer education programs, forums, study days, and attending national exhibitions
  • Supporting the sales team with product knowledge and clinical expertise
  • Engaging with decision-makers, including EBME, moving & handling advisors, tissue viability nurses, DVT specialists, and ward managers
  • Working with the Business Development Manager to support customer acquisition and sales

Requirements:

  • Clinical background with experience in pressure area care
  • Typical backgrounds we will consider are OT, Physio, tissue viability nurse, manual handling advisor, or midwife/nurse with a strong knowledge of pressure area care

The Package:

  • Basic salary: £37,000 to £42,000
  • Bonus: £16,000
