Job Overview:
The Clinical Account Manager will work in partnership with the Commercial team to drive clinical outcomes. This will be done by providing clinical support through the buying process, both pre and post sales to drive the company strategy to create value for customers by changing approach from selling products to helping our customer to generate better clinical outcomes, drive operational efficiencies or help to manage costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to customers through the buying process, pre and post sales
- Work in partnership with the Commercial team to drive clinical outcomes
- Evaluate customer needs and provide education programs, forums, and study days
- Attend national exhibitions and provide product training
- Engage with decision makers, including EBME, moving and handling advisors, tissue viability nurses, and ward managers
Requirements:
- Clinical background with experience in pressure area care
- Typical backgrounds include OT, Physio, tissue viability nurse, manual handling advisor, or midwife/nurse with a strong knowledge of pressure area care
