Programmes and Committees Officer (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Contract: Maternity Cover (2nd December 2024 - 30th January 2026)

Location: Holborn, London (Hybrid working available)

About the Role

Wild Berry Associates is seeking a highly organised and motivated Programmes and Committees Officer to join their team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of the Education and Programmes team, you will oversee a range of projects, provide essential committee support, and work with key stakeholders, including senior clinicians, Council members, and other professional bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a variety of projects, including clinical practice reviews and the development of guidance and information materials.
  • Liaise with committee members and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress on projects.
  • Prepare consultation responses, reports, letters, and presentations on important issues affecting the medical profession and members.
  • Handle a wide range of enquiries from members, medical professionals, and external stakeholders.
  • Use the CRM system to maintain accurate records, including contact details and tracking committee queries.
  • Work closely with the communications team to promote committee work and relevant projects.
  • Assist in financial management, including processing committee expense claims and preparing budgets for projects and programmes.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and CRM/database systems.
  • A degree or equivalent experience is essential, and a project management qualification is desirable.
