We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Programmes Officer to join our team at Mothers' Union. As a key member of our programme management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our global programmes and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of new projects and programmes, including assisting with applications to the project management system.
- Work closely with partners to refine project ideas and ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, including coordinating with programme teams to ensure timely submission of narrative reports and expenditure budgets.
- Review and provide feedback on narrative and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational standards.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure that all project documentation meets organisational standards and donor requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in International Development, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a project support or junior project management role, preferably in a faith-based organisation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
