Our esteemed professional association is seeking a highly organised and motivated Programme Officer to join their team on a maternity cover basis. Reporting to the Head of Education and Programmes, you will oversee a range of projects, provide essential committee support, and work with key stakeholders, including senior clinicians, Council members, and other professional bodies.
This is a diverse role requiring excellent project management, communication, and administrative skills. You will coordinate a variety of projects, including clinical practice reviews and the development of guidance and information materials. You will also liaise with committee members and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress on projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate projects, including clinical practice reviews and guidance development.
- Liaise with committee members and external stakeholders.
- Prepare consultation responses, reports, and presentations.
- Handle enquiries from members and external stakeholders.
- Use the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the communications team.
- Assist in financial management.
- Annual leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays + 4 privilege days.
- Pension: SAUL pension scheme.
- Hybrid working: 1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days from home.
