Job Title: Digital Operations Director
About the Role:
Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Digital Operations Director to join our client, a leading retailer dedicated to providing the best products and services for pet owners. As a key member of the e-commerce team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and consistent customer journey across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Support and manage the day-to-day operations of the digital experience, ensuring that all digital platforms are functioning optimally and meeting customer expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any operational issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions quickly and effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor digital platforms for performance metrics, identifying any issues or potential drops in service quality.
- Alerting Systems: Set up and manage alerting systems to ensure that any drops in performance are flagged and addressed promptly.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with key third-party suppliers, ensuring they contribute positively to the digital experience.
- Issue Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to address and resolve any issues that impact the performance or reliability of the digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience: Strong experience in digital operations or digital product management, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce, and customer experience management.
- Skills: Proficiency in monitoring tools and systems for digital platforms, excellent problem management skills, and strong experience managing third-party suppliers or vendors.
