Client Director Job Description

Cti Digital is seeking a seasoned Client Director to lead our client services team and drive business growth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all client service activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as a point of escalation for our strategic business leads, supporting the squads.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client services and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align client service strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the client services team.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and manage client service metrics and KPIs.
  • Address and resolve any client service issues or complaints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of client service professionals.
  • Strong understanding of client service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
