Programme Director, Digital & Business Transformation, SAP

Join Permanent Futures in a long-term continuous contract role as a Programme Director with Digital & Business Transformation, SAP experience. This exciting opportunity involves running several technology-enabled digital transformation programmes, primarily focused on SAP.

The Programme Director will be responsible for delivering custom developed solutions, business change projects, project audits, and assurance reviews. You will set the agenda for group-wide transformation projects, drive performance throughout your teams, and regularly report to the board on progress.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of all aspects of digital transformation programme management, ensuring project delivery to cost, time, and quality parameters.
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships at senior management level and influence at board level.
  3. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure value is delivered from the business transformations your projects enable, ensuring 'on the ground' users see benefits.
Requirements
  1. Experience of IT package implementations, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or large custom builds, ideally including eCommerce and definitely including SAP.
  2. Demonstrable programme management experience in digital transformation, with proven experience of managing programmes involving thousands of budgeted days from a large pool of directly engaged contractors.
  3. Excellent people management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead multi-disciplined teams.
  4. Prince2 Qualified / Project management formal qualification preferred.
  5. Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills.
