Position Overview
In the role of Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a group of team leaders while managing your Unit. Your responsibilities will include nurturing the development of team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety, and encouraging transparent communication. We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who possess the ability to influence and drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash, and Cost (PSQDCC) objectives through the application of Lean Operating Models.
  • Promote a culture rooted in safety, respect, innovation, and accountability.
  • Mentor and develop Team Leaders.
  • Address challenges collaboratively and proactively.
  • Contribute to the execution and implementation of site strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience in managing personnel and enhancing processes.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with Lean Operating Models.
