We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Group Leader, responsible for leading a team of team leaders and driving business results. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of team leaders and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes.
  • Identifying and addressing operational issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to team leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful as a Group Leader, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or operations management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of Lean Operating Model and experience in implementing process improvements.
