We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our chocolate studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating youth work experience placements, managing the team of chocolatiers, and ensuring the smooth production of our high-quality chocolate products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate youth work experience placements to provide young people with valuable skills and experience in a commercial chocolate production environment.
  • Coordinate the team of chocolatiers each day to ensure efficient production and meet customer demand.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory to maintain a well-stocked production environment.
  • Be hands-on and work with the team to produce high-quality chocolate products and assist with packaging.
  • Occasionally deliver orders and liaise with customers to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a related field such as hospitality, warehousing, or catering.
  • Ability to work with individuals on the autism spectrum and provide a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
