About the Role

The successful candidate will be required to provide support and guidance to onsite Senior Management Team (SMT) and Managers on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onsite HR and Finance Administrators to ensure the team is working efficiently to deliver accurately and on time, HR and Finance processes.
  • Provide HR support to the onsite Senior Management Team (SMT) and Managers, including managing grievances, disciplinaries and absence in line with company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure the full range of HR activities are completed on time, such as payroll processing.
  • Effective Communicator as you will frequently need to address emotive and sensitive situations involving staff and managers from all levels at site.
  • Be able to operate at pace and ensure all processes are followed in line with policy and best practice.
  • You will have relationship building skills and excellent attention to detail.
