About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at ClearScore. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success and growth within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for our partner relationships, working closely with our commercial performance team to understand their needs and goals.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our partners' business objectives and be proactive in establishing and maintaining excellent partner relationships.
    • Attend and support commercial team in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Integration SME
    • Onboard partners through the integration process, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for each individual integration.
    • Ensure partners stay within the defined strategy of the Partner Integration Program.
    • Work with Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, and other identified teams to implement bespoke integrations.
  • Performance Management
    • Manage all partner requests, particularly around offer management and business rules.
    • Recommend improvements to ensure high performance of partners' offer panel.
    • Configure and launch seasonal campaigns throughout the year.
  • Team Management
    • Liaise with Partner Success engineers to manage the backlog of requests.
    • Develop and document processes and procedures for partner success to drive efficiencies.
    • Collaborate with Platform teams to improve functionality and reduce BAU work in our go-to-market teams.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a background in Technical Product Ownership, Engineering, Architecture, or another technical role with direct relationships with clients or partners.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven
    • A natural planner, able to coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional comms through strong project management.
    • Highly analytical and data-driven, excited by and proficient at numerical marketing, and able to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Confident working alongside and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Organized, proactive, and great attention to detail.
    • Positive attitude, able to work under pressure and within a moving framework.
