We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Entech Technical Solutions Limited. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to aftermarket parts, dealer and OEM customers, and developing and implementing solutions to enhance customer loyalty and product sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to aftermarket parts, dealer and OEM customers
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer loyalty and product sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend alternative courses of action
  • Advise on and recommend ways to enhance customer loyalty and product sales
  • Apply decisions to support and develop product sales, dealer effectiveness, overall segment growth, NPI process, process improvement, warranty policy, etc.
Requirements
  • Technical support/service engineering background and detailed knowledge
  • Problem solving ability, proof in previous Technical Support experience
  • Technical foundation in complex machinery, whole system automotive or heavy goods vehicle
  • Engineering degree or HND/HNC
  • Capable of working as part of a team collaborating with colleagues in different geographies
