We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Iris Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in educational and residential provisions.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the MDT, ensuring appropriate clinical governance of all clinical activities.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based programs for the delivery of interventions by the MDT.
- Ensure that clinical input is integrated with educational delivery and is supportive of identified learning outcomes for young people.
- Provide practice leadership throughout the College and be responsive to clinical situations arising on site.
- Ensure compliance with the Mental Capacity Act code of practice and identify and triage capacity assessments requiring a clinical decision maker.
- HCPC/NMC registration in a relevant profession (Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Social Work).
- Specialist postgraduate training and experience in problems related to individuals with autism spectrum conditions, challenging behaviour, and learning disabilities.
- Training in the application of the Mental Capacity and Mental Health Acts, and statutory safeguarding practices as relevant to this population.
