About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Iris Care Group. As a senior clinical lead, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to our multidisciplinary team (MDT) within Beechwood College, ensuring high-quality services for young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities

Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the MDT, ensuring appropriate clinical governance of all clinical activities within the college.

Develop, implement, and evaluate a coherent and evidence-based programme for the delivery of interventions by the MDT, including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).

Ensure that clinical input is integrated with educational delivery and is supportive of identified learning outcomes for young people within the service.
