Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our Spirits team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales and brand growth
    • Manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Category Leadership
    • Lead the development and execution of category strategies to drive growth and market share
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution
    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Marketing Innovation
    • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution
    • Monitor and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing strategies
  • Performance Tracking
    • Develop and implement metrics to track marketing performance and ROI
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution
    • Monitor and analyze performance data to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the spirits industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand and analyze market trends and competitor activity
