Overview
Are you passionate about driving business growth? This position offers the opportunity to keep millions of users connected to their preferred service providers at various venues nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Director of Business Development to manage and enhance our relationships with carriers. You will be based in our innovative office and will spearhead national carrier discussions in the Southeast region, focusing on identifying, nurturing, and securing new business opportunities. Your role in managing relationships with national wireless carriers will be pivotal to our expansion.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the commercial team, you will promote diverse business solutions tailored to meet customer needs. You will oversee all customer projects and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Your daily tasks will primarily include:
- Ensuring that new agreements align with the company's strategic goals.
- Identifying regional marketing strategies and strategic targets through collaboration with internal teams and carrier partnerships.
- Providing insights on market trends, competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities.
- Advocating for all wireless solutions to carrier clients.
Qualifications

You should possess innovative ideas for enhancing our culture and the ability to rally support for those ideas. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3 years of experience with top-tier National Carriers, OEMs, or integrators.
- Experience in wireless networks, particularly focused on infrastructure and large-scale initiatives.
- The capability to negotiate sound partnership agreements that deliver optimal solutions for carriers.
- Strong collaboration skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience in closing contracts and navigating objections and challenges.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
