About Us

FIND | Creating Futures is a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed organization embarking on an exciting phase of expansion. As we scale our operations, we're seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in building and driving our HR function from the ground up.

The Role

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading the company's HR & People strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and growth trajectory. You will build and grow a small but highly effective HR team and deliver a first-class HR service that supports our scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training, and leadership development.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team.
  • HR Initiatives and Policies: Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment (scale-up experience preferred).
  • A background in Private Equity-backed businesses and experience in value creation, scaling, and exit preparation is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in building and developing a high-performing HR function from scratch.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business outcomes.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to switch between strategic leadership and day-to-day HR activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior executives.
