We are seeking a Strategic HR Leader to join our team in Ealing, London. As a key member of our HR function, you will partner with our Chief of Staff and senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities

- HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local employment labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with best practices and support our goals.
- Oversee HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure commitment to environmental impact through all HR-related programs and policies.
- Organizational Development and Change Management
- Lead initiatives to drive organizational change and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement programs that support our growth and development, including training and development, succession planning, and performance improvement.
- Partner with leadership to manage and navigate organizational changes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus 10+ years of applicable experience required.
- Experience in a global company is essential as well as strong business acumen for understanding business priorities, opportunities, and challenges, and external influencing factors.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence and facilitate discussions at all levels, solve challenges, and build partnerships.
- Professional HR certification preferred.
