Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team at Workplace Options as Vice President of Human Resources. This is a key leadership role that will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the company's goals and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives, providing strategic counsel to the executive team on all HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent, developing and implementing talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs.
  • Employee Relations and Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion, implementing and managing employee relations to address and resolve workplace issues.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that compensation practices are fair, equitable, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local employment labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are consistent with best practices and support the organization's goals.
  • Organizational Development and Change Management: Develop and implement programs that support the organization's growth and development, including training and development, succession planning, and performance improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus 10+ years of applicable experience required.
  • Professional HR certification preferred.
