- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, plus 10+ years of applicable experience required.
- Experience in a global company is essential, as well as strong business acumen for understanding business priorities, opportunities, and challenges.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence and facilitate discussions at all levels, solve challenges, and build partnerships.
- Professional HR certification preferred.
