About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Gem Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Product team to understand client needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to clients to promote our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a strong understanding of the market and our products.
  • Work closely with the Product team to identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the Head of Sales.
  • Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding our client base.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT tools and a passion for technology.
  • Clean driving license and ability to travel as required.
