About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Gem Partnership Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns, and provide feedback on product updates and new developments.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, including sales pipelines and forecasting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of IT tools and a passion for technology.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
