Role Overview :

As a Business Development Manager , you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our consultancy services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our client base. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT consulting sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, consulting services, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
