Play Support Worker - The Moor Lane Centre, Chessington

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Play Support Workers to join our team at The Moor Lane Centre. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for children and young people with disabilities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide engaging and supportive activities to promote the development and well-being of children and young people.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all individuals feel valued and respected.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for each child.
  • Implement individualized plans and activities tailored to the specific needs and interests of each participant.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment conducive to learning and play.
