  • Sales and Marketing Automation: Create and refine sales and marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client HubSpot portals.
  • Portal Audits and Improvement: Conduct regular audits of client portals to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with HubSpot: Stay up-to-date with HubSpot's latest features and best practices, applying them to client projects.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery of client solutions and document technical processes and maintain clear records of all implementations and changes.
Requirements
  • HubSpot Experience: Proven (2-3 years) hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • HubSpot Certifications: HubSpot certifications (the more, the merrier).
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in configuring and optimizing HubSpot portals.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices.
  • Workflow and Object Management: Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, custom objects, and properties in HubSpot.
  • Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills: Experience in troubleshooting technical issues within HubSpot and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with Other CRM Platforms: Experience working for a mature, high-quality HubSpot Partner and knowledge of other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Data Migration and Integration Experience: Experience in data migration and integration of HubSpot with other systems.
