Position Summary:
Darktrace is on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to become a vital part of our team. In this capacity, you will oversee the development, upkeep, and expansion of the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will adopt a proactive stance towards enhancing the platform, assimilating user feedback, and executing optimal solutions. A customer-focused approach is crucial for effective collaboration with Darktrace personnel and various departments.

Primary Duties:

  • Collect and convert requirements into scalable solutions
  • Improve Salesforce data integrity through effective data management
  • Regularly maintain the system, encompassing security assessments and health evaluations

Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal applicant must demonstrate extensive knowledge and practical experience in Salesforce Administration, especially in Salescloud, change management, and governance. Mastery in executing Salesforce configuration modifications and translating requirements into technical solutions is vital.
