About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role at Darktrace to help build, maintain, and scale our Salesforce environment. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, understand requirements and user feedback, and follow/implement best practice solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactively check system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

Requirements

The suitable candidate will have strong Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, with expertise in Salescloud, change management, and governance. We are also looking for candidates that can show or demonstrate:

  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  • Translating requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring successful integration
  • Experience Implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
