Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with our product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver our agreed roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage our Salesforce solution, ensuring best practices are followed for data entry and management.
  • Deliver end-to-end configuration and change management of the system, implementing improvements and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain data sharing and visibility rules, ensuring that our stakeholders have access to the information they need.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Work closely with our product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver our agreed roadmap, ensuring that our Salesforce solution meets the needs of our business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including data sharing and visibility rules.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
