We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Field Services Lightning.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular data audits, duplicate record management, and system maintenance.
- Provide day-to-day support and training for Salesforce users to enhance their ability to utilize the system effectively.
- Work with stakeholders to define and implement business requirements, processes, and workflows in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
- Manage Salesforce releases and ensure compatibility with third-party applications and custom code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Work with a third-party support partner, managing and liaising with them to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of enhancements.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and capabilities.
- Administer, configure, and manage the Zendesk and Outreach platforms.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Field Services Lightning.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
