About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at No1 Legal and Professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately process and manage financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Invoice Approval and Payment Processing: Monitor and approve invoices, prepare supplier payments, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including supplier/customer reports and staff expenses.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with external customers and suppliers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Systems and Software: Utilize Microsoft 365/Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Sage LN 50, and PaperLess to manage financial transactions and reports.
Requirements
  • Numerical Skills: Possess strong numerical skills, including basic knowledge of accounts and the ability to distinguish between debits and credits.
  • Financial Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of financial concepts, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
