Job Summary:

No1 Legal and Professional is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining excellent relationships with external customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transaction Management: Accurately process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and staff expenses.
  • Accounts Payable: Monitor and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and maintaining a healthy cash flow.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including supplier and customer reports, to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365/Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Sage LN 50, and PaperLess.
  • Financial Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounts, including Debits and Credits, and understanding of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements.
  • Soft Skills: Numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
