We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our pastry section, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including our signature Cakes & Bubbles restaurant, which offers an exquisite selection of sweet creations. You will be working closely with our Pastry Head Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our discerning guests.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pastry arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for guiding our team in the creation of sumptuous culinary delights, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
