Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

About the Role:

H & C Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry section and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pastry section and manage a team of pastry chefs
  • Develop and implement new pastry menus and recipes
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory
  • Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving culinary excellence
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
