About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our bespoke protective packaging solutions across the region. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, on-boarding, and developing new customer accounts, as well as further developing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve commercial targets
- Network and build relationships with key stakeholders to generate referrals and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide product training, joint sales visits, and customer application support
- Utilize technical product knowledge to sell bespoke packaging solutions to end-users
We are looking for a sales professional with:
- Excellent commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Full valid UK driving license
- Experience in distributor sales, channel distribution, or direct packaging sales to end-users
- Previous success selling technical products or application-based solutions
