About the Role
As a Rooms Coordinator at Estelle Manor, you will act as a point of contact for Reception and Guest Services, and coordinate closely with the Reservations, Housekeeping, and In Room Dining departments. Providing an exceptional guest experience, you will assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities throughout the day in an efficient and positive manner. With a genuine passion for guest service, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanor, you will ensure any administrative tasks of the reception department are completed efficiently and completely.
Requirements
- Previous front office experience within a luxury hotel or premium brand, ideally using Opera or Opera Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
