About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services in a caring environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Aid and assist residents and guests in all areas of hospitality, enhancing their stay and visit.
  • Uphold the excellent reputation of Peverel Court Care by challenging poor practice and addressing any identified shortfalls in performance.
  • Communicate with all key stakeholders on matters of business and operational performance, attending regular meetings with respective parties.

What We Offer

As a Guest Services Coordinator at Peverel Court Care, you will enjoy a competitive salary of approximately £29,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including excellent remuneration packages, paid e-learning, and access to qualified therapists through an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).


Requirements
  • Promote good working practices and perform duties competently and in accordance with company policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both residents and staff.
  • Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and confidence communicating with people at all levels while maintaining confidentiality when required.
