Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Services Coordinator. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services in a caring environment.

Job Summary

The Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for aiding and assisting residents and guests in all areas of hospitality, enhancing their stay and visit. This includes upholding the excellent reputation of Peverel Court Care by challenging poor practice and taking action to ensure any identified shortfalls in performance are addressed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid and assist residents and guests in all areas of hospitality, enhancing their stay and visit.
  • Uphold the excellent reputation of Peverel Court Care by challenging poor practice and taking action to ensure any identified shortfalls in performance are addressed.
  • Communicate with all key stakeholders on matters of business and operational performance with appropriate communications and attending regular meetings with respective parties.
Requirements
  • Promote good working practices and perform duties competently and in accordance with company policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both residents and staff.
  • Deal with any accidents effectively and follow correct reporting procedures.
  • Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence communicating with people at all levels while maintaining confidentiality when required.
  • A strong service mindset and flexible can-do approach.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Have energy, enthusiasm, and confidence to take the initiative.
