About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Investment Associate Director to join our team at Omnicom Media Group. As a key member of our Global Investment team, you will play a vital role in driving value creation and monitoring media buying commitments for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of media professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Media Strategy: Develop and implement media strategies to optimize client results, leveraging your expertise in media measurement metrics, KPIs, and market pricing dynamics.
  • Client Relationships: Support Business Directors and Global Investment Directors in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee the tracking and auditing of media buying performance across all Omnicom Media Group markets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement processes and practices that drive value and efficiency within the Global team.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external media auditors, media vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing direct reports, with a focus on development and growth.
  • Media Expertise: Strong understanding of media measurement metrics, KPIs, and market pricing dynamics, with experience in media auditing and trading.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • International Experience: Experience working in an international media environment, with a strong understanding of global media trends and best practices.
