Media Investment Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Media Investment Director in Media Accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage a team of media traders, auditors, and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality media buying commitments to our clients.
- Media Value Creation: Develop and implement strategies to optimize media value for our clients, leveraging expertise in media measurement metrics, KPIs, and market pricing dynamics.
- Client Relationships: Collaborate with Business Directors and Global Investment Directors to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support to drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and develop quality control systems, ensuring efficient reporting methods and effective use of resources.
- Project Management: Lead projects and design processes that enable the team and markets to drive value, leveraging expertise in media trading, auditing, and analysis.
- Media Expertise: Strong understanding of media measurement metrics, KPIs, and market pricing dynamics across all media.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in media trading, auditing, and analysis, with expertise in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
