Job Summary
The OnetoOne Personnel team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by providing effective administrative support to our team members and assisting with various day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Process and manage invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a business setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
