Job Summary

The OnetoOne Personnel team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by providing effective administrative support to our team members and assisting with various day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Process and manage invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a business setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
